Commitments on Quality and Services
We believe “Customers approve and good quality tells everything”, so we will insist on offer thoughtful pre-sale and after-sale services. Keep updating ourselves so as to give better guidance, better pricing and better products.
1. Commitments on Product Quality
①. Quality inspection reports will be designated to each product.
②. Customers are welcome to join us in the quality inspection process. Products could not be packaged or shipped before product quality is formally approved.
2. Commitments on Pricing
①. To ensure good quality, we choose materials from reliable and reputable suppliers.
②. We try the best to offer customers quality products at competitive price.
3. Commitments on Time of Delivery
①. Time of delivery: Customers and we come to terms with a time of delivery that both sides agree before signing contract. Then we as a supplier finish orders before or schedule ahead the time of delivery. If customers urgently need to schedule ahead the time of delivery which has been agreed both sides before, we will do our best to accelerate the production so as to shorten the delivery time if given circumstances allow.
②. Finish orders strictly according to requirements stated in the contract of quality, quantity and delivery time. If technical service is needed, we will send professional technicians to offer you on-site advice on lighting product installation work until products can be put into use.
3. The following documents will come with finished products:
①. Instructions on product maintenance.
②. General Installation Arrangement.
③. List of wearing parts and wearing parts replacement.
Certain amount of wearing part replacements will be provided.
4. Commitments on After-sale Service
①. Service Objectives: Effective, Decisive, Precise, and Thoughtful and Thorough.
②. Service Goal: To gain customers’ trust and approve by providing quality service and quality products.
③. Service Efficiency: Our maintenance staff will come to your help within 48 hours after receiving customers’ reporting calls. This service is valid both within and after the guarantee time.
④. Service Principle: Within 12 months of guarantee time, we solve any problem occur that caused by original product quality deficiency. If any broken parts need to be replaced when out of guarantee time, we charge original cost of the replacements. If any product damages happen due to user’s mis-operation, we will provide maintenance service and would only charge the original cost of the service. We could provide long-term follow –up service if needed on technical guide, user training and quality control, and build up feedback files for users. And a follow-up service quality and product quality.
We will pay visit to customers at least three times per year for feedback and suggestions during and after the guarantee time.
